EC – 2 Assistant Client Managers: Gilles Plains Office (1) and Glenelg Office (1):

We are looking to appoint candidates ideally with previous administration experience within a conveyancing firm and working toward an Associate Diploma in Conveyancing. However, candidates who have administration experience within the professional services, finance or real estate sectors are encouraged to apply. Candidates will have:

  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work collaboratively, build productive working relationships with a flexible, can-do attitude;
  • Proven time management skills: with the ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining an eye for detail and accuracy;
  • Outstanding client focus and customer service skills; and
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications and be IT savvy.

EC – Conveyancing Client Manager/Assistant Client Manager – Victor Harbor office:

Either responsible for end to end file management or, as Assistant Client Manager, provide file management support to RC/CMs, the successful candidate will have:

  • Previous file management or administration experience within a conveyancing firm;
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills together with excellent interpersonal capabilities;
  • The confidence and ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team;
  • Proven time management skills: with the ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining an eye for detail and accuracy;

Office Services – Settlements Coordinator (Re-advertised)

The role involves coordination of the settlements process, undertaking associated administration tasks and well as providing office administration and conveyancing support such as, but not limited to:

  • Checking documents (PEXA platform);
  • Arranging certifications;
  • Trust accounts, including daily reconciliations; and
  • Assisting the conveyancing team with tasks such as verification of identity, data entry and preparation of statements and document preparation in the PEXA workspace.

The ideal candidate will have previous settlement experience including PEXA, administration and trust account knowledge within a conveyancing firm. However, candidates who have administration experience within the professional services, finance or real estate sectors are also encouraged to apply
