It’s been almost a year since we launched Eckermann Assist, our out-of-hours communication service for all auction, contract, Form 1 and conveyancing queries.

Understanding that real estate isn’t a 9-5 industry and that agents, buyers and sellers have questions outside of traditional working hours, we wanted to assist you to ensure the buying and selling process is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The response we’ve received about this service over the course of the past year has been wonderful – with overwhelming feedback that our out-of-hours support has been invaluable and has alleviated stress and concerns for both real estate professionals, buyers and sellers.

Whether you’re an agent or another real estate professional, a current client of Eckermanns or someone who has never before engaged a conveyancer, we’re available to answer all queries, including:

As a buyer or seller, there are also a number of things we can do to support you through the buying and selling process. In fact, in a previous blog post, we outlined some of the important elements we can assist you with even if you’re only just thinking about buying and selling.

New service: editable fields on Form 1s

Eckermann Forms now offers agents a new service. If you’re an agent using Eckermann Forms to prepare your Form 1 documentation, all Form 1s sent to you will now have editable fields to allow you and your team to add in purchaser details and the contract date after the Vendor has signed part C.
